1. Our services
Tombell Education Consultancy Ltd ("TombellEdu", "we", "us") provides admission, visa and pre/post-arrival support to students applying to study abroad. Services are offered subject to availability and individual eligibility.
2. Consultation
Initial consultations and university/program counselling are provided free of charge. Outcomes depend on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
3. Fees & deposits
University deposits, application fees, IHS, visa fees and any third-party charges are payable directly to the relevant institution or authority. These fees are subject to change without notice.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information and documents. Any misrepresentation may result in offer withdrawal or visa refusal, for which TombellEdu accepts no liability.
5. Outcomes
While we work to maximise success, admission and visa decisions are made solely by the universities and immigration authorities. TombellEdu does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the support services described.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
